Terms of Use
Inference Labs (hereinafter “we”, “our”, or “us”) offers health checks with blood sample analysis to individuals and businesses under the product name Saluto.
The mobile application Saluto (hereinafter “Saluto”) is a health platform that brings together a wide variety of different health data and produces individually tailored advice for the lifestyle changes that would have the greatest positive effect on your health. Combining data and data from blood tests, body measurements, health questionnaires, digital lifestyle logs and other relevant data provided by you will achieve a holistic view of your health with in-depth insights into possible health risks.
However, we cannot diagnose or establish whether you are sick or healthy and the health check should therefore not be confused or replace usual medical care or medical advice. Saluto cannot be considered as a substitute for traditional health care, but only as a supplement. Furthermore, there is the possibility that your result is misleading for various reasons or that the tests taken do not give a fair view of the situation as everyone may react differently to the advice given. The results of the analysis may also be misleading for other reasons, for example if you have not followed the instructions you receive regarding the sampling or if you have not entered the necessary data into Saluto.
Our health checks with blood sample analysis are not a substitute for a doctor's consultation. Inference Labs does not have a nurturing responsibility. It is your responsibility to continue to maintain regular contact with your regular healthcare provider regarding your health. If you feel that you may need to see a doctor, are concerned about your health or if you are sick, you should seek medical care on the same basis as if you did not have any information through tests done with us. The Care Guide (www.1177.se) is also available for those who want to seek tips and advice. In case of acute illness, always call 112.
We are registered as a health care provider with IVO, Inspektionen för Hårdja och Care. To them, you can report if you have any comments or complaints.
Our services are aimed at individuals who have reached the age of 18 and companies who order health analyzes for their employees by subscription. In order to use Saluto, you need to have BankID, a twelve-digit (12) Swedish social security number and an email account so that we can handle referrals, notifications, etc.
By accepting these terms, you give us permission to process your personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”). We are the data controller for the processing of your personal data on the website and in Saluto, insofar as we are not deemed to act as data processors for your employer where applicable, and we take measures to protect this data in accordance with the GDPR.
Terms of registration
By clicking “Complete Registration” you agree to these Terms and Conditions and you also agree that we may process, store and analyze the personal data and samples that you provide through Saluto in accordance with these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
Your personal data will also be used when sending newsletters and in connection with reminders e.g. for blood tests, invoicing and other marketing such as remarketing.
To the extent consent has been given, we may also process, store and analyse;
(a) your previous sample responses and associated medical records with other healthcare providers to the extent possible and available to ensure that the health analysis and tailored advice are as comprehensive and complete as possible; and
(b) your user data and other personal data that you provide in pseudonymized form, for the further development of Saluto and its services, as well as for other research or statistical purposes.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us at support@saluto.ai. You understand that withdrawing consent may result in our services being unable to continue to be provided or that the health analysis and tailored advice may be misleading. For more information please read our Privacy Policy regarding our processing.
We also have the right to obtain such information about your use of Saluto as, in our reasonable judgment, is required to comply with applicable laws, regulations and regulatory requirements at any time.
You also confirm that you have the right to complete the registration, and that you are a natural person over the age of 18 with a Swedish personal identity number. You further confirm that the information you provide is correct and does not belong to anyone else. To access Saluto, you need to identify yourself with BankID, or another identification service that we use from time to time.
Our integrations with HealthKit (the Health application) and Google Fit (the Google Fit application) allow you as a user to import data, such as pedometer data, into Saluto from the Health or Google Fitness applications. In the Health and Google Fit applications, you control which data you want to synchronize with Saluto and you can choose to disconnect at any time when you no longer want to share your data from the Health application or Google Fit with Saluto. To the extent that you choose to synchronize your data with Saluto, you agree that we may process your personal data in accordance with these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. We will only process the personal data that will be relevant to the provision of our services and to be able to provide you with more personalised advice. This personal data will never be used for marketing or similar services.
You may not use Saluto or its services to do or share anything:
(a) that violates these Terms of Use, other terms and guidelines applicable to your use of Saluto;
(b) which is unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or fraudulent;
(c) that infringes or infringes the rights of Inference Labs or anyone else, including their intellectual property rights.
You must not upload viruses or malware or do anything that may disable, overload or inhibit the proper functioning or character of Saluto.
You may not seek access to or collect data from Saluto and its services by using automated means (without our prior consent) or attempt to access data for which you do not have permission. Your account may be permanently suspended if you upload frivolous, abusive or illegal content, disseminate copyrighted material, or otherwise harm Inference Labs and its rights (including the rights of our subcontractors).
We always reserve the right to be able to unilaterally decide who should be given access to Saluto and its services and we may therefore refuse or cancel a subscription or block an account without giving reasons. Refunds of any subscription fee will be made for the remaining and unused subscription period unless there is a violation of these Terms of Use.
Delivery of health and lifestyle reports
For the delivery of a health report, you will be asked during your registration to select a sampling point for blood sampling and to share information related to, among other things, your physical and/or mental health. This is done primarily by completing a health questionnaire. This information may include, but is not limited to, information about your weight, height, if you suffer from any disease, your medical history, or your physiological or biomedical condition. If consent is given, we will also collect your previous sample answers and associated journal entries from other healthcare providers to the extent possible and available. The prerequisite for obtaining a health report is that, in addition to completing the health questionnaire, you also submit blood tests.
You may receive a blood test on several occasions during the subscription. For the delivery of a follow-up health report, for example, you may be asked to take a new blood test.
For the delivery of lifestyle reports, you will need to continuously enter information about your lifestyle and general health status by keeping a so-called lifestyle log. Data relating to your diet, exercise, sleep and general well-being will therefore be continuously requested and logged. The prerequisite for you to obtain a lifestyle report that takes into account your lifestyle factors is that you provide this data through a continuous logging of the necessary data in Saluto.
Therefore, in order for you to obtain health and lifestyle reports, it is important that you as a user provide the necessary data requested via Saluto and that you submit blood tests if necessary. You will always be notified when you need to supplement with new tasks or when you need to take new blood tests.
Delivery of health and lifestyle reports
Use of Saluto is done by signing up for a subscription that can run for either 6 months or 12 months.
When registering as an employee, the subscription period chosen by your employer will apply and your subscription will be terminated in accordance with your employer's termination.
When registering as an individual, your cancellation of the subscription must take place no later than one month before the end of the initial subscription. In the absence of such termination, the subscription is extended for 6 months at a time with the same notice period. As a private individual, you are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the terms and conditions below in certain cases.
Invoice payment
The subscription fee for the selected subscription period (either 6-month or 12-month subscription) is billed upfront with a 30-day payment term at the time of your registration. New billing occurs in connection with an extension.
If you register as a private individual, the invoice will be sent to the address specified in connection with the registration.
When registering as an employee, invoicing takes place as agreed with your employer.
Delayed payment
A few days after the invoice due date, we will send you a reminder. In case of repeated delays, we will not send any more reminders. In case of late payment, default interest is also charged according to the Interest Act, which is the Riksbank's reference rate of + 8 percentage points. In addition, a reminder fee is imposed. The fee is statutory and is charged at SEK 60.
Right of withdrawal for individuals
As an individual, you have the right to withdraw from this agreement without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the registration and thus the order has been completed. If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, please send a clear and clear notice of your decision to withdraw from the contract by e-mail to support@saluto.ai. You can use the following template: Cancellation form Consumer Agency and send it to us, but you do not have to use it, it is enough that you indicate in your email to us that you wish to cancel the subscription with information about your order (including start date, your name and order reference number). In order for you to exercise your right of withdrawal in time, it is enough that you send your notice that you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If the service has been started to some extent during the withdrawal period, we will refund the part of the service that has not been performed, except as follows from section Forfeited right of withdrawal below, in case you wish to exercise your right to cancel the purchase. We will charge an administrative fee when the email referral has been sent in your social security number. This amount will also be deducted from the amount refunded to you in connection with a complaint.
For the avoidance of misunderstandings, provisions regarding the right of withdrawal do not apply to you as a user who has been referred to us by your employer.
Effect of exercised right of withdrawal for private individuals
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund payments we have received from you. The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 30 days from the date on which we were notified of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
Forfeited right of withdrawal for private individuals
Once the blood test is taken, the subscription cannot be cancelled and you are directed to cancel your subscription.
The validity period of the referral for blood sampling
Please note that your referral is valid for three months from registration or from when you are asked to have a new blood test. If you have not visited the selected blood sampling point within this time, the referral will cease to be valid and you will then have to request a new referral. A reminder will always be sent out before the referral expires. You as a user are aware that a health report cannot be delivered if blood tests are not taken within the validity period of the referral. In order for you as a user to be able to obtain a health report and thus use the services of Saluto, it is necessary that you also submit blood tests.

Handling of personal data
The GDPR entered into force on 25 May 2018 and replaces the Personal Data Act (PUL). The regulation aims to ensure an equal level of processing and protection of personal data in all EU Member States and applies as mandatory law.
Our collection of personal data can be categorized as “sensitive personal data” within the scope of the GDPR. We register different types of personal data in order to carry out our delivery of services and to be able to manage your subscription. For example, it concerns personal data related to healthcare and medical data, social security number, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number and selected sampling point.
There are various legal grounds on which we may process and store data in order to offer our services to you as a user. We store personal data for as long as there is a need, based on the purpose and what different laws require. For health data, blood test responses and other stored information, we store these through our subcontractor for at least 10 years from the date the last data was entered into the database. Personal data and medical data may be stored for longer periods of time for archival purposes as well as for research or statistics.
If you have been referred to us by your employer, we may be deemed to act as a personal data processor for them and process your personal data as instructed and on their behalf. However, we never disclose any sensitive personal data to your employer, i.e. information regarding your health, including whether or not you have used Saluto's services.
You as a user have the right to request access to your stored personal data and also request correction or deletion. If you would like to change your contact details, delete data or withdraw your consent, please send an email to support@saluto.ai. We accept your request and decide whether it can be implemented on the basis of the General Data Protection Regulation and other laws.
In contracts with subcontractors, we also ensure that GDPR is complied with regarding the processing of your personal data. Personal data is stored for the duration of an ongoing contractual relationship and for a period thereafter or in accordance with the consent given. The consent is valid until you terminate it.
Handling of personal data
We comply with laws that process personal data, such as the Patient Data Act (2008:355), the Act on Public Information and Privacy (2209:400) and the Healthcare Act (2017:30) when personal data is concerned. The personal data is used for the purpose of sending information and reminders via SMS and e-mail, as well as to be able to carry out and manage analyzes, reports, health data and other information made available in Saluto through your use. The email contains a confirmation of your registration, which sampling point you have chosen, information about what you need to consider before sampling, as well as your customer details and the applicable billing address. The reminder will tell you that your health report is ready to be read in Saluto.
For more information on how we process your personal data, please also read our Privacy Policy.
